Get To Know Us

Hi, we're Mitch and Kim Moser! We love Jesus, each other, and sharing our adventures on the road in our RV.

About Us

Kim and I were married in September of 1981.   We both grew up on farms in Indiana, about seven miles apart.  We have three married children and seven grandchildren. In 1974, long before we knew each other, Kim and I each decided to be Christ followers.  This relationship with Christ is at the center of who we are.  Our love and respect for each other as well as our commitment to loving and understanding one another is something Christ has breathed into us.  We are so grateful for our marriage and are both humbled and thankful for the road we have traveled to get us to this place in our relationship.

Marriage

Kim and I just love being together – all the time, every day.  In one of the books I read about full-time RVing, it said that the first thing to consider is whether you get along well enough to be in a small space together every day.  When my sister died from cancer in 1998, I was only forty years old. This changed me and made me appreciate life and time spent with loved ones.  In 2007, when I was fifty, Kim and I sold our home and business and transitioned into full-time RVing.  We moved from a 3,500-square-foot home to a 400-square-foot motorhome.  We loved traveling and the RV lifestyle.  After five and a half years, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  I wasn’t sure if I would be here for Kim, so we sold the motorhome and bought a house.  I had my prostate removed, and they found no cancer in the lymph nodes, so I didn’t need chemo or radiation.  I’ve been cancer-free ever since the surgery.  Upon retirement in 2026, we purchased another motorhome and plan to spend winters in Arizona and summers in Indiana with our family.

Hobbies

I am an initiator and enjoy trying new things.  Once I conquer it, I like to move on and learn something new.  Most hobbies have included something with an engine.  Blogging, Private Piloting, Powered Parachute Piloting, motorcycles, ATVs, and woodworking have been some of my hobbies.  We also have a 1929 Model A Ford.  I am a lifelong learner and have a hunger to learn about most everything. I guess that makes learning one of my hobbies.

Kim likes to read a lot and enjoys being a mom and grandma. She also has the gift of hospitality.  If you come to our home, you will feel welcome.  I have so much respect for her and appreciate her so much.  Kim has the kindest heart and is the nicest person I know.  In her quiet, loving way, she has helped me to become the person I am today, and that means so much to me.

We also like watching movies together.  We have a stash of “Chick Flicks” that we enjoy watching.  We both love traveling, seeing new places and things, and meeting new and interesting people.
